One 60x70x12 mm part does the sealing: the Oil Seal 60x70x12 NBR TC wraps a 60 mm shaft in its spring-loaded lip and presses firmly into a 70 mm bore — the kind of fit seen across steel-plant gearboxes, screw conveyors and big-bore rotating shafts.

How the TC design works
The TC arrangement — rubber-covered case, garter-spring main lip, external dust lip — is the industry’s go-to solution wherever a shaft spins in an oil-filled housing.
About the NBR nitrile compound
Nitrile rubber (NBR) is the workhorse of oil sealing: fully compatible with mineral oils, lubricating greases and common hydraulic fluids — the media found in most gearboxes and motors. Avoid contact with brake fluid, and keep spares shaded from sunlight.
Measuring your shaft a few tenths under the nominal figure is expected; the spring-loaded lip is built to seal with that small interference.
