Replace the worn seal on a 58 mm shaft with the Oil Seal 58x75x12 NBR TC — 58x75x12 mm, TC profile, NBR compound — it drops into a 75 mm bore and stops the leak. Popular in large reducers, belt-conveyor pulleys, slurry pumps and construction machinery.

Why the TC profile is so widely used
Its TC construction pairs a rubber-covered OD (a snug press-fit in the bore) with a spring-energised sealing lip and a separate dust lip, so both oil retention and contamination exclusion are covered.
Material: NBR – Nitrile
NBR nitrile rubber gives the lip its resistance to mineral oils, greases and hydraulic fluids — exactly the fluids a gearbox or pump seal meet. It is the industry’s general-purpose choice; just keep it clear of brake fluid and direct sun when storing.
Don’t worry if your micrometer shows the shaft a few tenths under size — the garter-sprung lip is designed to seal against exactly that condition.
