One 57x80x10 mm part does the sealing: the Oil Seal 57x80x10 NBR TC wraps a 57 mm shaft in its spring-loaded lip and presses firmly into a 80 mm bore — the kind of fit seen across industrial gearboxes, conveyors and mid-size rotating equipment.

How the TC design works
Three features define the TC type: the rubber outer case that fills small bore imperfections, the garter-spring-loaded lip that maintains contact under runout, and the auxiliary lip that acts as a dirt barrier.
NBR nitrile rubber at a glance
This is an NBR-nitrile seal — the everyday elastomer for oil-lubricated equipment, compatible with mineral oils, greases and hydraulic media. For longest life, avoid brake fluid contact and store spares away from direct sunlight.
If your shaft measures a few tenths of a millimetre under the nominal size, that is normal — the sealing lip is designed with interference for exactly that.
