Engineered as a direct replacement, the Oil Seal 56x72x10 NBR TC (56x72x10 mm) seals 56 mm shafts against dust and moisture from the moment it seats in the 72 mm bore — common in industrial gearboxes, conveyors and mid-size rotating equipment.

Inside the TC double-lip design
Three features define the TC type: the rubber outer case that fills small bore imperfections, the garter-spring-loaded lip that maintains contact under runout, and the auxiliary lip that acts as a dirt barrier.
NBR nitrile rubber at a glance
The compound is NBR nitrile, selected for oil-and-grease compatibility across motors, reducers and pumps. Note the limits: brake fluid degrades nitrile, and sunlight ages stored rubber — so store spares dark and dry.
Don’t worry if your micrometer shows the shaft a few tenths under size — the garter-sprung lip is designed to seal against exactly that condition.
