One 50x95x12 mm part does the sealing: the Oil Seal 50x95x12 NBR TC wraps a 50 mm shaft in its spring-loaded lip and presses firmly into a 95 mm bore — the kind of fit seen across industrial gearboxes, conveyors and mid-size rotating equipment.

Inside the TC double-lip design
The TC arrangement — rubber-covered case, garter-spring main lip, external dust lip — is the industry’s go-to solution wherever a shaft spins in an oil-filled housing.
Material: NBR – Nitrile
The seal lip is moulded from NBR, a nitrile rubber prized for resistance to mineral oil, grease and hydraulic fluids — the default elastomer for general machinery. It should not meet brake fluid, and stored spares fare best away from UV light.
If your shaft measures a few tenths of a millimetre under the nominal size, that is normal — the sealing lip is designed with interference for exactly that.
