One 45x64x12 mm part does the sealing: the Oil Seal 45x64x12 NBR TC wraps a 45 mm shaft in its spring-loaded lip and presses firmly into a 64 mm bore — the kind of fit seen across large reducers, belt-conveyor pulleys, slurry pumps and construction machinery.

How the TC design works
Three features define the TC type: the rubber outer case that fills small bore imperfections, the garter-spring-loaded lip that maintains contact under runout, and the auxiliary lip that acts as a dirt barrier.
NBR nitrile rubber at a glance
Material-wise this is NBR nitrile: a balanced compound for mineral oil, diesel-range fuels and greases at moderate temperatures — ideal for rotating equipment. Two cautions: no exposure to glycol-based brake fluid, and keep stock seals out of sunlight.
Don’t worry if your micrometer shows the shaft a few tenths under size — the garter-sprung lip is designed to seal against exactly that condition.
