The 38x50x12 mm Oil Seal 38x50x12 NBR TC keeps lubricant circulating where it belongs — inside the housing — on the 38 mm shafts and 50 mm bores typical of motor shafts, gearbox input stages, centrifugal pumps and tillers.

About the TC profile
TC seals work with a triple defence — a rubber-coated case seating tightly in the bore, a main lip held against the shaft by a garter spring, and an outer dust lip that keeps abrasive particles away.
NBR nitrile rubber at a glance
NBR nitrile rubber gives the lip its resistance to mineral oils, greases and hydraulic fluids — exactly the fluids a gearbox or pump seal meet. It is the industry’s general-purpose choice; just keep it clear of brake fluid and direct sun when storing.
It is normal for a shaft to measure a few tenths of a millimetre smaller than nominal; the sealing lip is engineered to take up that difference.
