The Oil Seal 36x47x7 NBR TC (36x47x7 mm) renews the sealing on a 36 mm shaft where grease or oil must stay in and grit must stay out — a typical fitment in electric motors, gearboxes, pumps and agricultural machinery.

How the TC design works
Three features define the TC type: the rubber outer case that fills small bore imperfections, the garter-spring-loaded lip that maintains contact under runout, and the auxiliary lip that acts as a dirt barrier.
NBR nitrile rubber at a glance
NBR nitrile rubber gives the lip its resistance to mineral oils, greases and hydraulic fluids — exactly the fluids a gearbox or pump seal meet. It is the industry’s general-purpose choice; just keep it clear of brake fluid and direct sun when storing.
If your shaft measures a few tenths of a millimetre under the nominal size, that is normal — the sealing lip is designed with interference for exactly that.
