This TC oil seal measures 25x60x10 mm and is machined for a 25 mm shaft rotating inside a 60 mm housing — a dimension you will meet in drive motors, planetary gearboxes, irrigation pumps and feed mixers.

Inside the TC double-lip design
Its TC construction pairs a rubber-covered OD (a snug press-fit in the bore) with a spring-energised sealing lip and a separate dust lip, so both oil retention and contamination exclusion are covered.
Material: NBR – Nitrile
Nitrile rubber (NBR) is the workhorse of oil sealing: fully compatible with mineral oils, lubricating greases and common hydraulic fluids — the media found in most gearboxes and motors. Avoid contact with brake fluid, and keep spares shaded from sunlight.
If your shaft measures a few tenths of a millimetre under the nominal size, that is normal — the sealing lip is designed with interference for exactly that.
