The Oil Seal 25x55x12 NBR TC is a TC rotary shaft seal sized 25x55x12 mm (ID × OD × width). It keeps oil inside and dirt outside on a 25 mm shaft seated in a 55 mm bore — a size common in motor shafts, gearbox input stages, centrifugal pumps and tillers.

How the TC design works
TC seals work with a triple defence — a rubber-coated case seating tightly in the bore, a main lip held against the shaft by a garter spring, and an outer dust lip that keeps abrasive particles away.
NBR nitrile rubber at a glance
This is an NBR-nitrile seal — the everyday elastomer for oil-lubricated equipment, compatible with mineral oils, greases and hydraulic media. For longest life, avoid brake fluid contact and store spares away from direct sunlight.
Measuring your shaft a few tenths under the nominal figure is expected; the spring-loaded lip is built to seal with that small interference.
