Replace the worn seal on a 25 mm shaft with the Oil Seal 25x37x6 NBR TC — 25x37x6 mm, TC profile, NBR compound — it drops into a 37 mm bore and stops the leak. Popular in AC motors, worm gearboxes, gear pumps and harvest machinery.

Why the TC profile is so widely used
Every TC seal combines three elements: a rubber-covered case that grips the bore, a spring-loaded sealing lip that follows shaft runout, and a dust lip that shields the main lip from contamination.
Material: NBR – Nitrile
Made of NBR (acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), the seal tolerates the mineral oils and lithium greases that lubricate most machinery. Standard practice: keep NBR away from brake fluid, and store unused seals in their bag, out of sunlight.
Should the shaft read slightly below the listed size — typically a few tenths of a millimetre — no concern: the lip’s interference fit accounts for it.
