The 25x40x10 mm Oil Seal 25x40x10 NBR TC keeps lubricant circulating where it belongs — inside the housing — on the 25 mm shafts and 40 mm bores typical of AC motors, worm gearboxes, gear pumps and harvest machinery.

About the TC profile
TC seals work with a triple defence — a rubber-coated case seating tightly in the bore, a main lip held against the shaft by a garter spring, and an outer dust lip that keeps abrasive particles away.
About the NBR nitrile compound
The compound is NBR nitrile, selected for oil-and-grease compatibility across motors, reducers and pumps. Note the limits: brake fluid degrades nitrile, and sunlight ages stored rubber — so store spares dark and dry.
It is normal for a shaft to measure a few tenths of a millimetre smaller than nominal; the sealing lip is engineered to take up that difference.
