Sized 25x50x10 mm (inner × outer × width), the Oil Seal 25x50x10 NBR TC seals a 25 mm shaft running in a 50 mm bore. This size turns up often in drive motors, planetary gearboxes, irrigation pumps and feed mixers.

Why the TC profile is so widely used
TC seals work with a triple defence — a rubber-coated case seating tightly in the bore, a main lip held against the shaft by a garter spring, and an outer dust lip that keeps abrasive particles away.
About the NBR nitrile compound
NBR nitrile rubber gives the lip its resistance to mineral oils, greases and hydraulic fluids — exactly the fluids a gearbox or pump seal meet. It is the industry’s general-purpose choice; just keep it clear of brake fluid and direct sun when storing.
Don’t worry if your micrometer shows the shaft a few tenths under size — the garter-sprung lip is designed to seal against exactly that condition.
