Sized 28x47x10 mm (inner × outer × width), the Oil Seal 28x47x10 NBR TC seals a 28 mm shaft running in a 47 mm bore. This size turns up often in AC motors, worm gearboxes, gear pumps and harvest machinery.

Why the TC profile is so widely used
Every TC seal combines three elements: a rubber-covered case that grips the bore, a spring-loaded sealing lip that follows shaft runout, and a dust lip that shields the main lip from contamination.
About the NBR nitrile compound
NBR nitrile rubber gives the lip its resistance to mineral oils, greases and hydraulic fluids — exactly the fluids a gearbox or pump seal meet. It is the industry’s general-purpose choice; just keep it clear of brake fluid and direct sun when storing.
Measuring your shaft a few tenths under the nominal figure is expected; the spring-loaded lip is built to seal with that small interference.
