The Oil Seal 28x35x8 NBR TC is a TC rotary shaft seal sized 28x35x8 mm (ID × OD × width). It keeps oil inside and dirt outside on a 28 mm shaft seated in a 35 mm bore — a size common in electric motors, gearboxes, pumps and agricultural machinery.

How the TC design works
TC is the standard rotary-shaft profile for good reason: a rubber OD seals the bore side, a spring-loaded lip seals the shaft side, and a dust lip extends service life in dirty environments.
Material: NBR – Nitrile
The seal lip is moulded from NBR, a nitrile rubber prized for resistance to mineral oil, grease and hydraulic fluids — the default elastomer for general machinery. It should not meet brake fluid, and stored spares fare best away from UV light.
It is normal for a shaft to measure a few tenths of a millimetre smaller than nominal; the sealing lip is engineered to take up that difference.
