Engineered as a direct replacement, the Oil Seal 42x62x10 NBR TC (42x62x10 mm) seals 42 mm shafts against dust and moisture from the moment it seats in the 62 mm bore — common in motor shafts, gearbox input stages, centrifugal pumps and tillers.

Inside the TC double-lip design
TC is the standard rotary-shaft profile for good reason: a rubber OD seals the bore side, a spring-loaded lip seals the shaft side, and a dust lip extends service life in dirty environments.
NBR nitrile rubber at a glance
Made of NBR (acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber), the seal tolerates the mineral oils and lithium greases that lubricate most machinery. Standard practice: keep NBR away from brake fluid, and store unused seals in their bag, out of sunlight.
Don’t worry if your micrometer shows the shaft a few tenths under size — the garter-sprung lip is designed to seal against exactly that condition.
