The Oil Seal 42x52x8 NBR TC is a TC rotary shaft seal sized 42x52x8 mm (ID × OD × width). It keeps oil inside and dirt outside on a 42 mm shaft seated in a 52 mm bore — a size common in industrial motors, speed reducers, hydraulic pumps and farm equipment.

Inside the TC double-lip design
The TC layout brings three protections together: a rubber outer surface that grips the housing bore, a garter-spring lip that tracks slight shaft movement, and a secondary dust lip that blocks grit before it reaches the sealing edge.
Why NBR for this seal
This is an NBR-nitrile seal — the everyday elastomer for oil-lubricated equipment, compatible with mineral oils, greases and hydraulic media. For longest life, avoid brake fluid contact and store spares away from direct sunlight.
If your shaft measures a few tenths of a millimetre under the nominal size, that is normal — the sealing lip is designed with interference for exactly that.
