This TC oil seal measures 60x75x8 mm and is machined for a 60 mm shaft rotating inside a 75 mm housing — a dimension you will meet in large reducers, belt-conveyor pulleys, slurry pumps and construction machinery.

Inside the TC double-lip design
Three features define the TC type: the rubber outer case that fills small bore imperfections, the garter-spring-loaded lip that maintains contact under runout, and the auxiliary lip that acts as a dirt barrier.
Why NBR for this seal
NBR nitrile rubber gives the lip its resistance to mineral oils, greases and hydraulic fluids — exactly the fluids a gearbox or pump seal meet. It is the industry’s general-purpose choice; just keep it clear of brake fluid and direct sun when storing.
It is normal for a shaft to measure a few tenths of a millimetre smaller than nominal; the sealing lip is engineered to take up that difference.
