1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Oil-SEAL is an online store selling metric oil seals and related sealing products to customers worldwide. These terms govern every visit to our site and every order placed with us. By ordering, you confirm that you accept them. If anything here is unclear, ask us before ordering — rubberseal@aliyun.com.

2. Products and product information

All sizes are stated in millimetres as inner diameter × outer diameter × width. We work hard to keep stock levels, descriptions and prices accurate, but errors can occur; if an error affects your order we will tell you and refund in full anything you have paid for items we cannot supply. Our products are intended for general industrial applications. If your application involves unusual pressure, speed, temperature, media or safety-critical service, contact us with your requirements before ordering so we can confirm suitability.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are per piece unless stated otherwise. There is no minimum order. An order is accepted — and a contract formed — when payment is completed and your confirmation email is sent. If we cannot supply an item (for example a sourcing failure on a less common size), we will contact you promptly and refund that item in full.

4. Payment

We accept PayPal, including major credit and debit cards through PayPal’s guest checkout — no PayPal account is required. Payment is taken in US dollars at the time of ordering. We never see or store your card details; payment is processed entirely by PayPal.

5. Shipping, delivery and customs

• We ship worldwide at one flat shipping rate — the same fixed charge per order, to every country, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of payment. Common sizes leave from stock; less common sizes are sourced to order within the same window.
• A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and local customs clearance and is outside our control.
• We are responsible for packing and dispatch only. Any import duties, taxes or clearance fees charged by your country’s customs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charge.

6. Returns, replacements and refunds

• Our fault, our cost: if we send the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will ship a replacement or refund you, your choice, at our cost.
• Choosing the correct size is the buyer’s responsibility. Seals ordered incorrectly by the buyer cannot be returned or exchanged at our cost. We provide a free measuring guide and free pre-sale size confirmation — use them before ordering.
• Other returns: where we agree to accept a return for a reason that is not our fault, return postage and any related costs are paid by the buyer, and items must arrive unused and in original condition.
• Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method.

7. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape the catalogue in bulk, or use the site for unlawful purposes. All content on this site — text, graphics and design — belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including downtime, lost production or lost profit — arising from the use or late delivery of products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and contact
