Confirmation
As soon as your PayPal payment completes, an order confirmation email arrives with your order number and full item list.
Dispatch — within 72 h
We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 72 hours, then email you the tracking number.
In transit
Follow the parcel with your tracking number. Delivery time depends on destination and local customs clearance.
Your full order history lives in your account
Sign in and open Orders to see the status of every order — current and past — along with invoices and item details. Ordered with us before? Your account was created automatically at checkout and your sign-in details were emailed to you.

Send us your order number (or just the email address you ordered with) and we will look it up and reply with the current status — usually within one working day. Check your spam folder first: automated order emails occasionally land there.
Common questions
I received no emails at all after paying.
Check spam and promotions folders first. If nothing is there, the email address may have a typo from checkout — contact us with your PayPal transaction ID and we will find the order and fix the address.
My tracking number shows no movement.
Carrier scans can lag by a few days, especially on the first international leg. If there is still no update after 7 days, send us the tracking number and we will chase it with the carrier.
I need to change the delivery address.
Contact us as fast as you can. Before dispatch we can change anything; after dispatch the address is in the carrier’s hands and changes are limited.
One piece or one thousand, tracked the same way
Every order — even a single seal — is confirmed by email, dispatched within 72 hours with a tracking number, and stored in your account for repeat ordering. Re-ordering a size you bought before takes seconds: sign in, open the old order, and add the same seals to your cart again.
